Inventory control/client representative


Position is:
Junior admin/receptionist.


Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients/answering phones
• Logging incoming/outgoing client inventory
• Assigning job orders to the inventory
• Clerical tasks
• Client service representative
• On the job training will include the use of a Sarin DiaMension
• Managing a high volume of calls and client transactions

Must be detailed oriented. Strong multitasker. Work well in a team environment. Able to manage a very fast paced environment with many interruptions.

Ability to maintain composure a must.

Dealing with many clients face to face so must be a people person and have strong communication skills. Good organizational skills also a must.

• Fri 95.30pm. Full benefits, vac, 401K

Pay:
From $45,000.00 per year
