We are currently seeking a Customer Service employee for our new purchasing center that serves our network of 400 stores in optical and hearing products.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a small and growing international company, where you can have a real impact.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service employee, you will be part of the Supply Chain department and your mission will be to ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating various services within the purchasing center: Procurement, Logistics, Finance, IT, and Sourcing.

Some examples of daily tasks include creating and tracking orders for our stores, responding to customer/store inquiries via phone or email, and analyzing customer feedback to identify and resolve recurring issues.

Profile Description:

At least 6 months of experience in customer service or a similar role
We are looking for someone who is curious and has strong interpersonal skills (excellent oral and written communication, active listening)
Your supportive manager will guide you through your integration during your first few weeks
Knowledge of German is a plus but not required for this position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and advanced Excel skills

Position Details:

Fulltime permanent contract, 39 hours per week, office hours (1 day of telecommuting per week)
Based in Kehl, Germany (12km from Strasbourg)
Crossborder status is possible, salary based on experience up to 35,000 euros
