We are currently seeking a Customer Service employee for our new purchasing center that serves our network of 400 stores in optical and hearing products.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a small and growing international company, where you can have a real impact.


Job Description:


As a Customer Service employee, you will be part of the Supply Chain department and your mission will be to ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating various services within the purchasing center: Procurement, Logistics, Finance, IT, and Sourcing.

Some examples of daily tasks include creating and tracking orders for our stores, responding to customer/store inquiries via phone or email, and analyzing customer feedback to identify and resolve recurring issues.


Profile Description:

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service or a similar role
  • We are looking for someone who is curious and has strong interpersonal skills (excellent oral and written communication, active listening)
  • Your supportive manager will guide you through your integration during your first few weeks
  • Knowledge of German is a plus but not required for this position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and advanced Excel skills

Position Details:

  • Fulltime permanent contract, 39 hours per week, office hours (1 day of telecommuting per week)
  • Based in Kehl, Germany (12km from Strasbourg)
  • Crossborder status is possible, salary based on experience up to 35,000 euros
