In our business area of pharmacies/doctors/dentists/hospitals, we are currently looking to fill the following full-time position:

Department Manager (m/f/d) Hospital Billing:

Your tasks:

Professional and disciplinary responsibility for approximately 20 employees
Responsibility for continuous control, management, and optimization of work processes as well as quality assurance
You support the strategic development of services with creative ideas
You are responsible for training and further development of employees
You take on project management and participate in projects in the hospital billing department
You report directly to the department management and executive management
You represent the services of hospital billing to customers, prospects, associations, and other committees
You have overall responsibility for the profitability of individual services in the department, the relevance of services, quality and customer satisfaction, and compliance with service levels

Your profile:

Completed degree in healthcare or completed degree in business administration with a focus on healthcare management or several years of experience in hospital billing, e.g. as a medical controller
You have proven leadership skills
You are characterized by a systematic, structured work style as well as reliability and loyalty
You are a recognized personality with strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
