We are currently seeking a Station Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.


Vulpius Clinic is a specialized clinic for orthopedics and trauma surgery with 117 beds and a teaching hospital of the University of Heidelberg.

Our services include all areas of modern orthopedics with a focus on endoprosthetics, arthroscopic surgery, shoulder and elbow surgery, foot and ankle surgery, hand surgery, and pediatric orthopedics.

We also offer a wide range of conservative treatments for acute and chronic pain syndromes with underlying orthopedic conditions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design and further development of station processes
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees
  • Implementation of concepts for personnel, station, and team development
  • Shift planning
  • Management of resources
  • Implementation and further development of agreedupon nursing goals

What we expect from you:

  • Completed training as a health and nursing professional or pediatric nurse
  • Further training in station management
  • Extensive experience in clinical nursing
  • Independent and dedicated personality with entrepreneurial understanding
  • Strong communication skills, openness, and teamwork
