- Prepare, print, and sort bills of lading for shipping
- Prepare Customs paperwork including commercial invoices for shipments to Canada
- Photograph international shipments prior to shipping
- Communicate with Customer Service and provide information as requested including copies of packing slips or delivery receipts and tracking numbers
- Communicate with carriers and provide copies of bills of lading as needed
- Investigate claims of shortages/overages by communicating with carriers, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivables and provide paperwork for credit memos as needed
- Provide paperwork and documents as needed
- Prepare shipping documents for transfer to storage
- Track manpower weight averages
- Assist Shipping Manager and Shipping Supervisor when required
- Order supplies for Shipping Department
