- Establish departmental policies and procedures to support the company's recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with facility leaders to devise staffing strategies tailored to the work atmosphere and culture, aiding candidates in grasping the opportunities available.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Praesum's leaders, vendors, and community partners to drive successful recruitment outcomes.
- Contribute to the creation of efficient and cost-effective sourcing strategies, exploring new resources for candidate recruitment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment practices, leveraging online tools and internal systems for candidate identification.
- Forge connections with educational institutions and professional organizations to attract diverse talent.
- Utilize networking avenues to build a talent pipeline and manage recruiting expenses effectively.
- Ensure thorough documentation of candidates, hiring processes, and interactions for audit purposes.
- Communicate effectively, maintain internal talent pipelines, and collaborate with outsourced recruiters when necessary.
- Be open to travel as per business requirements.
- Preferably an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Background in healthcare is advantageous
