We are currently seeking multiple Operators/Plant Operators (m/f/div) for a highly innovative GreenTec company in Alden, KS, specializing in sustainable material value chains.

The ideal candidates will join our team in the first quarter or later and will be responsible for operating our state-of-the-art automated separation process, which allows us to recover all raw materials from composite materials for recycling.

As an Operator, you will ensure smooth operations and perform scheduled maintenance on the equipment at your workstation.

We offer opportunities for further training and development in various areas, such as plant maintenance, electronic control technology, and measurement and control technology, with a focus on hydraulics.

Our Operators work in fixed teams, and we expect them to be dedicated, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about new production processes and equipment.

We provide thorough training, and you will actively participate in fine-tuning the equipment.

You will have access to all necessary communication systems, and our company has a flat hierarchy and a positive work environment.
