As a member, your role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious beverages for our guests.

• Greet customers and take their drink orders
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements
• Upsell additional items, such as appetizers or desserts, to enhance the guest experience
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent overintoxication
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

• Strong knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling
• Proficient in brewing techniques and beverage preparation
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with pointofsale (POS) systems for order processing
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and inventory management
• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
