Minimum Qualifications:


Duties:

Central point of contact for the Police Training Division.

Work directly with department staff at all levels, other county departments and our regional partners; maintain and enter training records and course rosters; manage the LMS including, but not limited to, creating schedules, rosters, reports, and audits; coordinate various training events; assist with monitoring DCJS certification status'; perform purchasing duties including preparation of work orders and requisitions; assist with planning of Academy related events and presentations.

Assist with providing administrative reception duties to include answering phone, sorting mail, directing visitors, etc. Perform other work as required.


This position is part of an approved Career Development Plan (CDP) and offers career progression opportunities and salary incentives, as funding permits based on performance, qualifications, and experience.



Shift:

Monday - Friday; 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
