Responsibilities

  • Responsible for dispatching, monitoring, and controlling technician workloads.
  • Manage the efficiency of the technicians
  • Timely distribution of workloads.
  • Process all Used Car Inspection Repair Orders and Purchase orders
  • Keep ASMs updated on the status of repair orders, problems, delays and requests.
  • Maintain all technician's booked hours
  • Provide supervisor with status reports
  • Monday through Saturday with day off during the week

Qualifications

  • Dealership Service department experience is helpful (Technician, Service Writer, Assistant Service Manager and/or Service Manager etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Computer skills with a DMS system and Excel required
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment.
  • Able to multitask and operate in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of Dealer Track, X Time, ARS PRO (are helpful but not necessary)
  • Must be willing to submit a background check
