Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant center, is looking for an outgoing
General Manager
to join our team in Philadelphia, PA
. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, changing their lives.

An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority.

Hours are full time, Monday-Friday 40hrs a week. Annual salary starts at 80k DOE plus bonuses.

Main responsibilities for this position will include the following:

  • Ensuring company's best practices are in place
  • Administers and enforces company policies and procedures
  • Working closely with the associate doctors to communicate company objectives
  • Serve as a point of contact between centralized operations and their Center
  • Ensure compliance in the Center based on OSHA and HIPPA guidelines
  • Lead inspire and train team
  • Drive a productive schedule for their Center

Requirements for the position include the following:

  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities
  • Have high social intelligence to navigate complex situations with patients, team
- members, and associates.

  • Be proactive to problem solve issues
  • Be attentive to all details, especially regarding a productive schedule
  • Understand and live by Nuvia company values.
We use OpenDental as our practice management software and leverage technology wherever we can. Knowledge of google drive, excel and performance management software would be helpful in this role.

This is what a day in the life of a General Manager at Nuvia looks like:

  • Daily huddle with team to set them up for success
  • Oversee overall collections and production of the Center
  • Coordinating with team and departments to ensure patients have an exceptional experience
  • Build and develop your team, provide training and leadership where necessary
  • Ensuring the schedule is organized efficiently and productively following Nuvia's roadmap to success
The biggest challenge of this position is managing people and leading a team. The ability to stay organized, driven and set your own priorities is a must. The ability to read people and analyze data is crucial to this role as well.
