Providing individual support to our customers is just as important as developing tailored offers. You will learn about all situations and challenges of our healthcare system.

learn how the healthcare system and social insurance work,
understand the business processes behind it,
be able to convince our customers of the Techniker Krankenkasse with top-notch advice on topics such as cost reimbursement, new examination and treatment methods, special drug therapies, and the provision of medical supplies,
demonstrate your skills in several external internships, showing that you not only have the theory down, but also the practice.

We expect...

that you already have (technical) high school diploma or a very good secondary school leaving certificate or will have it soon,
