    Job Summary:

    General Description:
    The ideal candidate will have administrative experience working in the Industrial Construction industry. Be flexible and willing to take on various duties to support upper management.

    Should be versed in dealing with project and construction teams and be versatile, robust, confident and have an assertive character with excellent organizational and administrative skills.


    Essential Functions:

    • Perform administrative, clerical and data entry duties as directed by the construction site, using MS Word, Excel, Access, and Viewpoint.
    • Track Invoices and resolve problems in a timely manner.
    • Answering and directing incoming calls, screening calls, taking messages, and directing incoming correspondence and request information.
    • Receive shipments from vendors.
    • Purchase/inventory of office supplies.
    • Interact with other departments in field office, main office, as well as clients and their representatives.
    • Maintain a clean and professional environment for the entire office
    Position Requirements

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Including Word, Access, Excel, etc.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
    • Ability to interface with all levels of management, clients, sub-contractors, vendors and personnel,
    • Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to different situations.
    • Ability to operate office equipment.
    • Excellent typing, grammar, and language skills.
    • Excellent work ethic with strong problem solving skills with a consistent follow through attitude.
    • Must have a minimum of 1 year construction office experience.
    • Willingness to work overtime when required.
