We are seeking an experienced Sr Project Controls Professional to support an ongoing site-based assignment with future projects also requiring onsite presence across the U.S.Lead the setup monitoring and forecasting of project cost and progress metrics Manage all cost control elements including Budget development and updates Scope change tracking Expenditure and forecast reporting Maintain accurate data in cost control systems tools Analyze revenue and cost performance recommend corrective actions to project construction managers Review approve contractor pay applications ensuring compliance with contractual terms Track report on construction physical progress using Earned Value Management EVM Coordinate contractors collect upload weekly progress data into project systems
