    TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a position in the US.

    Job Description & Requirements

    • Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist

    The job requires operating diagnostic fluoroscopy and cardiac equipment, monitoring patient vitals, performing routine calculations and assisting physicians during procedures. The technologist must prepare procedure rooms, equipment and patients, act as liaison to hospital Radiation Safety Officers and perform quality control standards.

    Bachelor's degree in radiologic sciences preferred.

    • - 2 years of experience as an allied health professional required.
    • - Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA), Registered Radiologic Technologist in state of practice AND registration from American Registry ofRadiologic Technologists (ARRT)

    Job Duties:
    Assists team patient setup prep before procedures take down clean post-procedure safe patient transfer positioning techniques Documents procedure log reflect accurate procedure interventions ensure accurate billing charge capture Operates radiographic fluoroscopy equipment obtain diagnostic images coronary artery disease peripheral vascular disease Conducts hemodynamic monitoring reports values performing physician Monitors delivery radiation dose achieves safe minimal exposure staff Transmits archives retrieves digital images picture archiving communicating systems Performs quality control regular maintenance fluoroscopy equipment Adapts behavior specific patient population respect privacy introduction presentation services performed requesting permissions communication style Performs other related duties assigned Physical Environmental Demands Medium Work exerting pounds force occasionally frequently constantly move objects Pushes pulling materials even though weight negligible While maintaining production rate pace even carrying out similar activities numerous hours can be physically demanding worker especially industrial settingshift8hr day m-f M-F0800-1630oncall coverage week nights weekends holidays #TB_HC ZR Talent Burst Job ID 2545072 Pay package based hour shifts 40 hours week subject confirmation tax-free stipend amount determined posted title Rad Tech Cath/IR
