    Description

    Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, a therapist is responsible for working with clients to help identify, examine, and treat mental health and emotional issues or disorders.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage caseload and documentation.
    • Assessing client's needs
    • Designing treatment plans
    • Conducting individual, group and family counseling sessions
    • Monitoring client's progress
    • Implementing case management techniques
    • Preparing treatment reports, and making referrals.
    • Counsel individuals, groups or families to help them understand problems and develop treatment plans.
    • Identify psychological, emotional or behavioral issues and diagnose disorders.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Master's degree in counseling and psychology or a related field
    • Have the ability to make social perception, to make good judgement, to have the ability to resolve complex problems and have excellent decision making skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Competent computer skills.
