To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a Production Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Rio Communities, NM.


Your Profile:


  • You enjoy developing people and processes
  • Completed degree/education with further training and several years of professional experience in the technical field
  • Experience in managing a production team
  • Teamwork, loyalty, personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and acting

Your Responsibilities:


  • You are a role model, mentor, and motivator
  • You lead, challenge, and support approximately 50 employees based on our values
  • Optimization of production planning in terms of deadlines, costs, and capacity challenges
  • Restructuring our production hall for increased productivity
  • You optimize the maintenance/repair area to improve machine availability
  • You ensure and structure safety topics in our production
  • Crossdepartmental prioritization of tasks and decisionmaking in case of machine and/or personnel shortages
  • Participation in shaping the overall company through strategic decisions
