CAR is seeking a motivated Account Analyst who would like to join our team Gain great experience, work with driven like-minded individuals, and succeed within a customer-driven role with us.

What you'll do:
- Interacting with customers who are greater than 30 days past due, providing assistance by answering questions and process requests by phone
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, service questions and general concerns
- Assist customers with disputes and inquires and reconciling payment history
- Daily Portfolio Reviews
- Maintain open communication with branch dealer base
- Perform general branch administrative functions as needed
- Bi-Lingual Abilities (English and Spanish) would be a great plus
