Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a lead teacher to create a positive learning environment for all students.
Maintain a secure, healthy, and nurturing learning setting.
Support each child's social and emotional development.
Build positive relationships with families and work effectively with the entire faculty.

Qualifications:

Preferred:

Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Child Development Associate certification.
At least 1 year of experience in early childhood education.

Required:

High school diploma.
Clear background check.
Ability to connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively towards common goals.
Exhibits empathy and understanding towards young children.
Dependable, adaptable, and enjoys teamwork.
