The IT Systems Administrator Support role at BioLab Holdings, Inc.is a dynamic position that involves maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, providing top-notch end-user support, and collaborating with the IT Team on various projects.
This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our systems while also addressing critical issues raised by end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Systems Maintenance and Monitoring:
- Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of the company's IT systems.
- Conduct regular system updates, patches, and upgrades for optimal functionality.
- User Support:
- Provide firstline technical support to endusers, promptly addressing hardware and software issues.
- Assist in onboarding new users, ensuring workstation setup and necessary access.
- License Management:
- Manage software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor agreements.
- Track license usage, conduct audits, and optimize license utilization to minimize costs.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to procure new licenses as needed.
- Network Administration:
- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Ensure network security and implement best practices for data protection.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Create user guides and training materials for ITrelated tasks.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendors to procure and manage IT hardware and software.
- Project Management:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects.
- Contribute to the achievement of project milestones and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central and its functionalities.
- Experience in enduser support and onboarding.
- Previous experience in the implementation of Microsoft Business Central is advantageous.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to address critical issues promptly.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
