Description

We are looking for you as a machine setter (m/f/d): For a renowned company in the metal industry, we are currently seeking a skilled metalworker to set up cylindrical grinding or milling machines at our location in Lemgo.

The work is carried out in a three-shift system. The starting wage is €19.92/hour and will be increased to €21.92/hour after three months.

What you can expect:

Collective bargaining agreement conditions according to the iGZ/DGB collective agreement
Equal pay remuneration with a starting wage of €19.92/hour and an increase to €21.92/hour after three months
Christmas and vacation pay after six months of employment

Your responsibilities:

Setting up and operating 34 cylindrical grinding or milling machines
Preparing the work station with necessary materials and tools
Checking the programming for the respective production process and coordinating with programmers for any changes
Adjusting tools and changing over the machine
Mass production
