- Network Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage the network infrastructure in Zone D, with a specific emphasis on VOIP and CCAS systems, to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of network administrators, providing guidance, support, and fostering professional growth within the team.
- Network Performance: Monitor and optimize network performance, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks, latency issues, and other performance-related challenges.
- Network Security: Implement and enforce security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.
- Complex Networking Challenges: Address complex networking issues and troubleshoot network-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime and interruptions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT divisions to align network strategies with broader IT goals and ensure seamless integration of network solutions with other systems.
- VOIP and CCAS Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of VOIP and CCAS technologies, staying updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance network capabilities.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective network operations and manage service contracts where necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration and management.
- Experience with VOIP and CCAS systems is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, and security.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Must possess at least a Secret Clearance
