Role Overview:
The Outreach Representative is responsible for driving growth, expanding market reach, and fostering strategic partnerships for a new primary care office.
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities and partnerships with noncompetitive medical practices, community organizations, local businesses, and payers who may refer patients for primary care.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential accounts.
- Understand account needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business prospects.
- Generate leads and develop relationships aimed at driving new patients to the Practice.
- Explore partnerships, joint ventures, and affiliations.
Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement revenuegenerating initiatives.
- Drive patient volume, referrals, and service utilization.
Marketing and Branding:
- Promote the practice through targeted marketing campaigns and events.
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Utilize digital platforms and community outreach.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Community outreach experience, preferably at a medical practice or missiondriven
- Must be a relationship builder who can work independently and as a team across
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Ability to problemsolve and resourcefulness are essential.
- Ability to manage time and resources
- Bilingual a plus.
Pay:
$50,000.00 per year
