Stamping/Machining/Fabrication/Progressive
Die and Sheet Metal Industries)We are willing to look at 2-4 year experience candidates with the following skills and accomplishments however this is a Quality Assurance Control Manufacturing Role not an IT QA Role. No Sponsorship will be allowed for this role.
Responsibilities of the Jr
Quality Engineer:
Monitor production to ensure all documentation is complete.
Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality standards are met
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product or production related issues.
Assist with developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
Assist with implementing inspection procedures and plans
Monitor and analyze quality performance data and analytics
Able to direct communications relating to quality problems from customer, purchasing, engineering, quality, customer service and sales personnel.
Assisting Quality Manager's in answering to the customer complaints
Able to review and initiate reports via UniPoint.
Required Qualifications of the Jr
Quality Engineer:
2-3 years of quality engineering experience preferred
4 year college degree in Mechanical Engineering required
Experience in metal stamping and fabrication is required
Quality Engineering experience in SPC, DOE, CAPA, LEAN, 5S's, Six Sigma
Experience with quality systems and controls.
