In order to continue meeting the challenges of technological progress, we are currently seeking a
Polish & Foreman / Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) for the processing of ongoing projects and to expand our market position at the earliest possible date in Withamsville.

Your responsibilities

  • Supervise demanding projects for private and public clients on site
  • Manage construction sites based on specifications and execution documents
  • Ensure quality, deadlines, and costs of the construction site
  • Lead the construction site team - including own employees and subcontractors as needed-
  • Keep a construction site diary

Your qualifications

  • Qualification as a master or technician in the field of building construction or civil engineering
    or successful completion of a foreman or supervisor exam
  • Professional experience in this position
  • Technical knowledge and manual skills
  • Sustainable thinking and working
  • MS Office skills or enthusiasm for digital technology is desirable
  • Class BE driver's license (trailer license)
  • Driver's license for construction vehicles - crane, excavator, forklift, truck - is advantageous
