Inner-Tite products are proudly manufactured in the United States with the main office and a 100,000 square foot manufacturing plant located in central Massachusetts.

Inner-Tite Corp.

has an immediate need for a self-driven, very reliable individual with a safety-first attitude who will be responsible for all forms of machining.

The job includes performing milling, turning, drilling and setting up automated machining centers for high volume production of our products with highly accurate tolerances.

Manual and CNC skills required.

Applicants shall have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work in a team environment while having problem solving abilities, ability to think outside the box and be acceptable to change and innovation.
Applicants should be open to training in all machining stations and cells.

A full set of tools is required, but not at the start of employment. Applicant should have a High School diploma or GED equivalent. Applicants with machining experience is required.

Physical Requirements:

While performing duties of the job, the associate is regularly required to stand for an extended amount of time, walk and reach with hands and arms.

Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Full time, first shift, Monday thru Friday.
No phone calls or walk-ins.

$ $38.75 per hour
