Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes.

As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Support clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred
  • Certification as a Home Health Aide is required
  • Knowledge of dementia care, catheter care, tube feeding, and hospice care is beneficial
  • Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and those requiring assisted living support
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
  • Reliable transportation to travel between client homes

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
