We design and operate a network of smart vending machines, delivering just-in-time necessities where and when you need them most.

Today, the company has >100 machines across 30 locations in New York, Massachusetts, California, DC, Texas, and Florida.

SOS Merchandiser Job Overview:

SOS Merchandisers are responsible for restocking our machines, keeping them clean and well-organized, and helping our corporate team diagnose and resolve basic mechanical and technical problems (no specific software or hardware expertise is required).

This specific position will be tasked with restocking our machine, situated within the Ulta Beauty store in Garden Grove, 3-4x/week.

Key Responsibilities:_
Restock SOS vending machine(s) accurately (put each product on the correct shelf)
Perform SKU swaps (change product assortment within the machines)
Wipe down machines to prevent dust/dirt buildup
Notify the SOS corporate team of any machine operational issues or damage
Perform shopping tests or machine reboots as needed
Occasionally conduct physical counts of warehouse or onsite inventory
Independently manage schedule, submit time logs to SOS corporate team daily
Requirements:_
18 years of age or older
Background check and drug screening
Able to do a physical job that requires walking, climbing stairs, and carrying light loads
Own a smartphone (for communicating with and sending photos back to SOS corporate)
Access to reliable transportation methods to/from SOS machine locations
Must sign SOS confidentiality and intellectual property agreement ("NDA")
