Our client - a renowned and expanding consulting company - offers its clients competent support and advice from business model development to successful project implementation.

Our client combines expertise from the private sector and the public sector in a unique way.

As a recruitment agency, we have been commissioned to find a
Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) in a permanent and direct position at the Berlin location.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conception, development and implementation of personnel search strategies and selection of suitable recruiting channels
Consulting of individual departments on recruiting topics from needs clarification to onboarding (process, selection, reporting)
Optimization of recruiting and selection processes
Active sourcing of suitable talents through social networks and other channels
Collaboration with personnel service providers
Controlling of job posting management and creation of reports
Support for HR crossfunctional and internal projects

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed training or studies, ideally with a focus on personnel
At least three years of relevant professional experience in recruiting or a comparable position
Good to very good knowledge of applicant management systems and active sourcing
Good knowledge of working with works councils and confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint
Structured, resultsoriented and precise way of working
Empathy and communication skills
Crossfunctional thinking
High commitment and willingness to work
