Your Mission

  • Assemble and disassemble precision instruments and components for rigid endoscopes
  • Process shapes and surfaces on instruments and components for rigid endoscopes, and test and adjust functionality
  • Make decisions on usage based on measurement and testing results, company policies, safety regulations, SOPs, WIs, instructions, and relevant laws
  • Process workpieces by hand, using hand-held machines and machine tools
  • Perform turning and milling of workpieces, as well as soldering, welding, and gluing
  • Develop proposals for continuous productivity improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement
  • Plan and prepare work processes, and monitor and evaluate own work results

Your Talents

  • Completed training as a surgical mechanic; alternatively, completed training as a toolmaker with a specialization in instrument technology, precision mechanics, watchmaking, or a related profession
  • Ideally, experience in the medical technology field
  • Careful handling of tools and materials
  • Good knowledge of German language, both written and spoken
