Call Center Agent (m/f/d) $13.00/hour - Full-time/Part-time


Are you looking for a new professional opportunity? We are currently seeking a Call Center Agent (m/f/d) Inbound for one of our reputable client companies.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $13.00 and is available for both full-time and part-time candidates.

Work schedule: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM


Your responsibilities:

  • Customer consultation for print and digital products
  • Handling of all customer inquiries (orders and complaints) via telephone and system
  • Customer retention
  • Preparation of offers

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in telephone customer service is mandatory
  • Experience in inbound call center is preferred
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Pleasant voice and friendly demeanor leave a positive impression on customers
  • Proficient in PC skills, familiar with MS Office applications, and willing to learn new systems

Employer benefits:

  • Permanent employment contract, including Christmas and vacation pay
