As a member of the People Team in Waubun, MN, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide our global talents with an exceptional employee experience.

The People Team is responsible for meeting the needs of our employees, from working students to the Executive Team, by equipping them with the necessary resources to succeed in their contributions to Yassir.


Responsibilities:

  • You will assist the Senior HR Manager in maintaining and organizing employee files, documents, contracts, and onboarding processes.
  • Working closely with other team members, you will ensure a high level of customer service for employees and gain a comprehensive understanding of the HR Generalist role.
  • You will lead and support projects in various areas, such as process optimization, global benefits, and audio, based on your experience and interests.

Requirements:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program and available fulltime for a 6month working student experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in both English and German are essential.
  • As a selfstarter, you have a passion for learning and can thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • You must have a valid work permit to be considered for this position.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a fastgrowing tech startup is a plus.
