As a Junior Object Manager / Section Manager (m/f/d), we want to develop you into a future leader. Therefore, you will work closely with our Senior Section Management, support with all tasks and make decisions in consultation with them.

Location

Coburg and surrounding areas

WHAT AWAITS YOU IN FULL-TIME

Contact person for our customers and maintenance of customer contacts
Independent and results-oriented management of assigned objects
Leadership, organization and professional guidance of employees on site
Control and documentation of quality, occupational safety, working hours, equipment/materials used, etc.
Contract management and administrative tasks

WHAT YOU BRING

Training in building cleaning, further education as a business economist (m/f/d) for nutrition and supply management or a comparable education
Several years of professional experience in building cleaning or a comparable field is an advantage
In the position as Junior Object Manager / Section Manager (m/f/d), we also give career changers a chance to enter our industry
Excellent communication skills and a structured way of working
Proficient in common MS Office programs
Driver's license class B
