- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as well as action plans to ensure company targets and goals are met.
- Work with Engineering and Continuous Improvement teams to review current processes and develop improvements in throughput and labor reduction.
- Work with Corporate Environmental, Health, & Safety on accident root causes and create predictive measures to help reduce and prevent accidents.
- Work with Human Resources on performance evaluations and discipline steps for hourly and salaried employees.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or within a technical field preferred.
- 10+ years of Food Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience as an Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, and/or Plant Manager experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use statistical tools and data-driven methods to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
