Job Overview

L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time Electrical Associate to join our team.

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Onsite, full time role in Reading, PA
Assign work orders to employees per production schedule.
Follow drawing and work order specifications.
Supervise staff, drive execution to meet commitments.
Ensure work rules are communicated, understood and enforced.
Drive safety, WPO, and quality of product.
Assist with training team members.
Maintain UL Logbook
Installing LEDs into sign boxes
Understanding blueprints and LED layout specifications
Knowledge of controls and DMX (and similar) power supplies
Basic sign assembly
Safety and workplace organization
Other duties as required

Requirements:

5 years of experience in a highvolume manufacturing environment
2 years of leadership experience
Minimum 2 years of electrical experience preferred
Ability to use Windows platform and Microsoft 36
General construction and electrical knowledge
Ability to read construction drawings
Minimum 2 years of electrical experience preferred
Must provide own tools
Requires strong problemsolving skills and extraordinary attention to detail
Ability to work independently to successfully complete work assignments
Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be willing and able to work outside of regular business hours if/when needed.
