OverviewAll Covered, a nationally recognized company in IT Managed Services, presents an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Representative role. As part of this position, you will collaborate with multiple departments at All Covered, such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Portfolio Management. The position offers potential for variable compensation and provides recognition across the organization.
Responsibilities ● Conduct a high volume of phone calls, social messages, emails, and follow-ups to generate opportunities within target accounts in the managed IT services sector.
● Introduce prospective clients to the wide range of managed IT services offered by All Covered through strategic account targeting and proactive outreach via cold prospecting.
● Handle both inbound and outbound lead activities for designated accounts, identifying active buying interest and exploring potential opportunities.
● Clearly communicate the value proposition, address objections, and build relationships with prospects to pave the way for productive discovery calls and future sales.
● Collaborate closely with the sales team to expedite sales processes and expand our presence in target accounts.
● Work alongside the marketing department to ensure smooth alignment of inbound marketing campaigns with other initiatives, delivering an exceptional user experience.
● Engage in training programs to enhance knowledge of sales and marketing, developing a deeper insight into the managed IT services solutions available at All Covered.
● Be prepared to make an immediate impact and contribute to the Sales Development team's achievements.
● Display a positive and enthusiastic phone manner, possess exceptional listening and writing skills.
● Show self-motivation, a focus on results, efficiency, organization, resilience, and perseverance.
● Proficiency with standard business productivity tools (email, Sales Engagement Tools, MS Office, LinkedIn).
