    We are in search of a skilled, accredited, adaptable, and highly impactful mental health therapist

    Essential

    We are looking for an experienced clinician who can provide evidence-based psychotherapy.

    This position is primarily in-office with the possibility of telehealth when needed.

    We handle all the necessary arrangements for you to start aiding people promptly. We take care of additional credentialing if required, as well as scheduling and billing.

    The candidate must hold a license as an LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in New Hampshire and be registered with major insurance panels. They can transfer their current caseload to us, and we will make it work.
    • Note. Mental health practitioners looking to move to our wonderful area can obtain a temporary 120-day license in New Hampshire. The state also offers license endorsement for out-of-state licensees.
    The candidate will manage a full clinical caseload. Our client-therapist matching system allows you to manage your caseload. You will have the chance to be innovative and transform your interests into new programs and services.

    Core Responsibilities
    • Engage patients effectively from the initial contact to gain their trust.
    • Conduct a thorough, sensible, and pertinent biopsychosocial assessment for each patient to guide the treatment process.
    • Utilize advanced clinical judgment to identify the individual and relational factors contributing to the patient's concerns.
    • Provide clear and detailed informed consent regarding expectations and fees before starting treatment.
    • Collaborate with patients to establish relevant goals based on their issues.
    • Offer relationship-focused and innovative psychotherapy to help clients achieve their objectives.
    • Track and document progress based on the developing therapeutic relationship.
    • Coordinate services/referrals and work with families, colleagues, and community supports.
    • Collaborate with our team of psychotherapy experts.
    • Maintain all clinical records in the Valant electronic health record system promptly.
    • Participate in clinical and administrative meetings, receive individual supervision, and attend mandatory training sessions.
    • Conduct a minimum of 25 client sessions weekly to qualify for full-time status and benefits.
    Other Skills
    • Experience in completing biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Our documentation focuses on necessary information for quality care.
    • Proficiency in the English language, additional languages are a bonus.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in Office 365 and electronic health record systems (experience with Valant is advantageous).
    • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment that emphasizes accountability, authenticity, and humor.
    • Ability to meet the professional standards of the psychotherapy field regarding demeanor and attire.
    Compensation: $65,000 - $110,000 per year
