- Deliver high-quality software using Java and React following Agile methodologies

- Collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders to deliver software meeting client requirements
- Manage multiple competing priorities in a complex software development environment
- Promote partner adoption of iterative development processes and best practices
- Enhance technical skills and provide guidance to team members
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Solid software development background focusing on Object-Oriented Programming principles
- Experience in building applications with Java, Spring Boot, and React JS
- Proficiency in GCP technologies (Cloud Run, DataProc, BigQuery, etc)
- Experience in Big Data & Analytics for identifying and leveraging new use case opportunities
- Strong architectural experience preferred
- Background in mentoring and leading team members
- Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering customer-facing products
- At least 4 years of Java development experience on a Public Cloud Platform
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including on-site in Detroit and remote work
