    Job Title: Senior Application Developer - Team Lead

    Are you a seasoned Sr. Application Developer with leadership skills in a GCP environment? Do you have a solid background in application development using Java/J2EE and Microservices Architecture with Spring Boot?     Responsibilities:

    • Enhance quality, design, marketing, and development of current and future product releases
    • Develop high-quality software with Java and React using Agile methodologies
    • Collaborate in small, cross-functional teams
    • Engage with business partners, product managers, and designers
    • Work closely with the team to deliver software meeting client specifications
    • Manage multiple priorities in a large development ecosystem
    • Promote iterative development processes and best practices
    • Enhance technical expertise and provide guidance to team members

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Strong background in software development focusing on OOP concepts
    • Experience in developing applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React JS
    • Proficiency with GCP technologies (Cloud Run, DataProc, BigQuery, etc)
    • Experience in Big Data & Analytics for new opportunities
    • Strong architectural skills preferred
    • Experience mentoring and leading team members
    • Minimum 5 years delivering customer-facing products
    • Minimum 4 years Java development on a Public Cloud Platform
    • Ability to work both on-site in Detroit and WFH
