We are a progressive company in need of motivated and experienced individuals to join our Business Development Team
Responsibilities:
- Work in our call center staffed and managed by the dealership, and handle our customer contacts, service, followup and lead generation.
- Prospect followup calls, set appointments for service and sales, and gauge customer satisfaction.
- Schedule sales/service appointments and reschedule "noshow" customers.
- Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate appointments.
- Maintain consistent follow up resulting in the customer visiting the dealership.
- Exhibit ethical behavior by providing the highest degree of customer satisfaction and honesty in all aspects of dealing with customers.
Job Requirements
- The ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales and service call volume, internet leads and call lists.
- Has to work well with other colleagues in close proximity and possess a "team player" mentality.
- Overall knowledge of automotive sales and service department operations.
- Must be able to work weekends, as well as some nights.
- Recent automotive background/call center experience( preferred)
