This position reports onsite 3 days a week (Tues, Wed, Thurs).

Some of the responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare, review, and negotiate standard contract agreements and documents (including teaming, non-disclosure, subcontract, and other vendor agreements), as well as identify significant/unique subcontract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions for subcontractors and vendors.
  • Draft subcontract documentation such as awards, modifications, amendments, and other contractual correspondences.
  • Responsible for reviewing and tracking subcontractor/vendor invoices for accuracy and facilitate internal approval process.
  • Coordinate with various teams to communicate contractual obligations, processes, and new or change requirements, to include interpretation and communication of applicable contract requirements and regulations.
  • Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the terms and conditions appropriate for different contract types (IDIQ, T&M, FFP, CPFF, etc.) and their proper use.
  • Administer subcontracts of various contract types and complexity.
  • Prepare and maintain auditable files in compliance with Government and Veracity requirements.
  • Assist in the identification, development, and implementation of new contract/subcontract policy and processes.
  • Responsible for tracking/maintaining subcontractor funding and obligated amounts, preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports, as well as providing input to internal and/or external briefings on subcontractor financials.
  • Responsible for reviewing subcontractor resumes against contract labor category requirements.
  • Track Subcontractor performance in the areas of their technical scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Act as a primary interface between subcontractors and Veracity Program Managers/Task Leads on subcontract related issues.
  • Perform subcontract closeout activities as needed.
  • Participate in proposal related activities as needed.

To qualify, you must possess the following skills, education and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or a related field
  • 58 years of relevant experience, preferably in subcontract management
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or other Agency Regulations such as Federal Aviation Administration AMS
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Effectively communicate concepts and proposed solutions
  • Strong professional, interpersonal, and organization skills
  • Stakeholder engagement and group facilitation
  • Strong formal, written and oral communications
  • Ability work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
