Our client is seeking a dedicated and upbeat Human Resource Assistant to support daily HR operations and ensure a smooth, positive experience for all team members.

This role handles key administrative functions, including onboarding support, payroll assistance, employee file management, and overall employee service coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Support the day‑to‑day operations of the Human Resources office
Assist with onboarding activities, including employment documentation and I‑9 processing
Provide support to training staff during scheduled training sessions
Complete employment verification requests quickly and accurately
Process employee action forms as required
Prepare and distribute weekly staffing and seasonal evaluation reports
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and a helpful attitude
Maintain organized and up‑to‑date employee files
Assist with payroll-related tasks, including verification and data entry for adjustments
Support employee engagement activities and seasonal team events
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently and fairly
Help maintain a clean and organized HR office environment
Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Must be 21+ years of age
Friendly, positive, and service‑oriented attitude
Payroll verification experience preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume HR environment
Prior HR, hospitality, or attractions environment experience is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong initiative and ability to work independently
Ability to stay focused despite frequent interruptions
