Tempe, AZ

Pay Rate:
$ $49.00 Per Hour with weekly pay

Contract: 6-Month contract with possible extensions (Based on performance)

Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED, BA degree preferred / 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, L&C, Business, or Finance

Shift: 1st Shift 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position will partner with the Lead or Principal Subcontract Specialist to drive the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts.

Starting with proposal, fulfillment of the sales order, and ending with negotiating subcontracts or long-term purchase orders with suppliers. The Sr.

Subcontract Specialist will deliver a compliant FAR15 package to the government, work closely with the Pricing organization and work with the program to fulfill subcontracts aligned with the program.

Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle
DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15)
Build strong negotiation positions for contracts and execute those

YOU MUST HAVE:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, L&C, Business, or Finance
Due to contractual requirements, must be a US Citizen

WE VALUE:

Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations.
Bachelor's Degree
Strong negotiation skills and processes.
Supply chain experience.
Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industries.
Experience managing subcontracts FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.
Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD).
Ability to negotiate terms and conditions.
