Semersky Enterprises, Inc is growing and we are looking for top talent to grow with us. Our group is comprised of Audi Exchange, Porsche Exchange, and Chevy Exchange, headquarted in Highland Park, IL.Our newest store, Audi of Kirkwood, will be celebrating it's grand opening in March of 2024 We are looking to add dynamic talent to help support the sales team and drive vehicle sales for the store.
Summary
Task Statements
- Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
- Satisfies the transportation needs of Internetgenerated customers.
- Directs customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
- Assists customers in selecting vehicles.
- Understands the psychology of Internet customers and works with them accordingly to draw them into the store for proper vehicle demonstration and to close the transaction.
- Handles all Internet sales inquiries personally.
- Coordinates Internet promotions with other dealership sales promotions and advertising.
- Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories etc., and their benefits to customers.
- Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager.
- Schedules first showroom visit appointment.
- Maintain a Professional appearance.
- Other tasks as assigned.
