Who We Are:


NOTE:
This is a best athlete position with IBM; part of the A4C recompete. Expected award in July with a start date of 8/5/24 (new contract is a base + 4 option years). Contingent upon award.


What You'll Do:


  • Provide journeyman level SME with knowledge of DAF administrative, tasking, communications, and records management processes and tools.
  • Serve as the lead records manager for the Strategic Climate Integration Office to execute record and file management actions IAW the records management procedures in Department of the Air Force Instruction (DAFI , Records Management Program; AF Manual (AFMAN , Management of Records; DAFI 33364, Records Disposition-Procedures and Responsibilities, and the AF Records Disposition Schedule (AFRDS).
  • Managing TMT/ETMS2/tracking system tasks by providing task/suspense management. This shall include accepting and distributing new TMT tasks OBO of the Strategic Climate Integration office, coordinating with other organizations as needed, reviewing responses and packages to validate completeness/accuracy of task response, assigning tasks IAW Government direction to internal/external stakeholders, and answering of stakeholder inquiries regarding task development, the system of record, etc. relative to the task management database(s).
  • Assist with completion of select abbreviated eSSS TMT tasks and develop response outline as directed or reviewed/approved by team lead.
  • Assist in coordination with DAF workflows and communication with associated organization workflows, such as to request extensions to TMT/ETMS2 tasks.

What You'll Bring:


  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience as an administrative specialist.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance.
  • Preferred: Air Force experience.
  • Preferred: TMT Experience

Expected Salary:
$60,000 - $70,000
