You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

• Supervise equipment operators and construction crews to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects.
• Coordinate and schedule tasks according to project timelines and specifications.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on proper equipment operation and construction techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe work environment.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• 35 years of verifiable supervisory experience in underground pipe and dirt construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Knowledge of GPS systems used in construction projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
