Responsibilities:

Greeting Patients:
Welcoming patients as they arrive, checking them in, and ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.

Scheduling:
Managing patient appointments, including scheduling initial consultations, follow-up visits, and treatment sessions.

Handling Phone Calls:
Answering phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments over the phone, and taking messages for the chiropractor.

Maintaining Records:
Keeping accurate records of patient information, including personal details, medical history, insurance information, and treatment plans.

Billing and Payments:
Process payments, verify insurance coverage, and handle billing inquiries from patients or insurance companies.

Office Organization:
Keeping the reception area and administrative workspace tidy and organized, restocking supplies, and ensuring a professional atmosphere.

Excellent Communication:

Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with patients, colleagues, and external parties.


Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational abilities to manage appointments, paperwork, and office logistics efficiently.

Attention to Detail:
Being meticulous in maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed precisely.

Customer Service:

A friendly and welcoming demeanor to provide excellent customer service to patients and create a positive experience for them.
