Who We're Looking For
What You'll be Doing
-
On-Site Service
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and/or install woodworking machinery at customer shops. Machinery includes table saws, jointers, planers, bandsaws, dowelboring machines, etc. This may involve extensive traveling across the United States or within your region.
Showroom & Used-Machinery Support
- In our local office, you may be tasked with assisting in the installation, calibration, and operation of showroom machinery. You may also be tasked with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing damaged or used machinery.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or certification preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manner
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- Problemsolving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Computer literacy
- Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
- Ability to diagnose AC and DC circuits
- Ability to diagnose pneumatic systems
- Ability to travel via car and airplane; ability to complete multiday assignments outofstate

- Sit or stand for long periods of time
- Lift heavy objects
- Utilize a wide range of tools
- Conduct work mostly inside an Office/Warehouse/Woodworking Shop but may also need to complete work duties outside.
