- You will support the nursing management in ensuring and further developing a high quality of care for our guests and represent them in their absence.
- You will implement measures of quality management to comply with the nursing process and current nursing and expert standards.
- In collaboration with the team, you will ensure a self-sufficient daily routine through individual, holistic, and activating care and support.
- Together with the nursing management, you will ensure the occupancy of the day care center, actively participate in the strategic and conceptual development of the range of services, and ensure the efficient use of resources.
