The Medicare Communications Assistant will support the communications team with editing and project management of a variety of Medicare communications materials.

This is a 5-month assignment beginning May 2023 through end of September 2023. This person must have superior editorial skills and a strong attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Associates degree required. 2 years relevant experience may be substituted for degree
Ability to proofread and edit materials for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and format
Excellent timemanagement skills; must be capable of meeting established deadlines
Must have project management skills and be able to handle multiple assignments with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
Individual must be flexible, organized, motivated, and able to work independently
Professional demeanor dealing with both internal and external clients is a must
Ability to work 30 hours per week
Experience with Share Point and/or ServiceNow a plus
